Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye

I have been using this eye cream for years now.  I feel like it's been so long, I can't even remember when I started using it!  Point being, I love it so much, I've never strayed.  It is this thick gel that just blends right into your eye area and moistens it so well.

There has been a lot of controversy lately over eye creams and if they work.  I've read a lot of articles that have suggested eye creams are merely the same formula as regular moisturizers, just packaged differently and priced higher.  I don't know what is true and what is not true but I know that I do love this little eye cream and I don't have too many eye wrinkles (yet anyway!) so I figure I might as well keep doing what I am doing.

You can find this at any department store for around $55.00.

Johnson's Baby Oil Gel

A big thanks to my friend Courtney for recommending this product to me!  This is baby oil in a gel form.  I used this right when I got out of the shower when my skin was still damp and my skin just soaked it up.  It has a light cocoa butter scent, it reminds me of the beach.  But beyond that, my skin was silky soft all day long!  I think this will remain in my daily regimen, especially during the upcoming colder months.  You can find this at any drugstore for around $4.29.  Thank you Courtney, this is a winner!

Neutrogena Eye Makeup Remover

I absolutely love this eye makeup remover.  It is simple and inexpensive and works.  I like that it doesn't contain oil when I'm wiping off all the mascara and grime for the day yet still leaves my eye area moisturized.  You can find this at any drugstore for around $6.99.

Creme de la Mer Soft Creme

This is another one of my all time fave products.  I started using Creme de la Mer creme years ago when I lived in Ohio and needed the mega moisture from the harsh, cold winters.  Now that I live in the South, I don't need all that moisture so have switched to the soft creme.  This line carries different levels of moisturizers, depending on your skin's needs.  I can't say enough about this moisturizer.....it miraculously clears up any dry patches I may have from my lovely combination skin and makes it soft as silk.  I tried getting away from using this as it's pretty expensive but always end up coming back to it.  I tried every other moisturizer out there but have found this is the best.

This line has an interesting story.  An aerospace physicist suffered burns in a laboratory accident.  He decided to create a creme to help heal his burns.  After twelve years and 6,000 experiements, he perfected this "mineral-broth" that is in these moisturizers.  He combines the miracle-broth with kelp and other key ingredients that make my skin oh so glowy and radiant.  You can find this at Nordstrom, Saks, or online.  It is $155.00 for a 1 ounce container.  I will say, this little tub lasts a good 6 months, if not longer.  And I feel that this is the reason my skin looks so young!

Skinceuticals Phloretin CF Serum

This has got to be one of my most coveted products in my skincare routine.  This little bottle takes away all those pesky brown spots from years of baking in the sun (sound familiar Erica?!).  If I had to get a second job at McDonald's to afford this baby, I would.  That's how much I'm obsessed.  This serum provides advanced protection against UVA/UVB radiation, stimulates collagen, and diminishes hyperpigmentation.  What more could you want?!  It's as easy as applying in the morning after you have cleansed and letting it soak in for 3-5 minutes before applying other products.  You can find it at www.skinceuticals.com or at some dermatologist offices and some spas.  It is $155.00 for a bottle but i'm telling you, it's so worth it.  I have also found this online at www.Amazon.com.  Link is below.  Your skin will thank you!

La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid

Anthelios 60 Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid

I've been using this sunscreen for a few years now and haven't had the need to try any other facial sunscreen.  I'm extremely happy with this product and use it every day under my make-up.  It has the most light-weight texture and sinks into my skin as soon as I apply it.  It leaves no white residue and dries matte and is also fragrance and paraben free so can be used on the most sensitive skin.  This can be found at CVS or high-end beauty boutiques for $29.99.  I know the price seems steep for a sunscreen but I feel it is definitely worth the price for a product that doesn't aggravate my already oily skin and protects it.

M-61 Power Glow Peel

This has got to be one of my most favorite products!  It is super easy, quick and effective.  This is a quick glycolic and salicylic acid peel.  If you don't have the time or money to get a dermatologist quality peel, this is your go-to.  They come in individual packaged wipes.  It's as simple as opening up the package and swiping over your clean skin and ouila!  Your skin will have a glow you've never seen before.  They also help with exfoliation, which is extremely important to do a few times per week.  It is recommended to use three times a week and then you can work your way up to more often if you would like.  These are also sold only at Blue Mercury (but you can purchase online) for $28.00 for a box of 30 treatments.

M-61 Fast Blast

Normally, I can't get myself to use face masks on a weekly basis.  I either forget or get too lazy to use them.  Until I found this product.  A representative at the Blue Mercury shop used this on me and I could feel it working immediately.  I bought it that day and have been using it twice a week since I purchased it.  I actually get excited to use this product because it has this amazing citrus scent and my pores look so clean after each use.  I'm in love!

This is a brand that is only sold at Blue Mercury.  If you don't have a Blue Mercury shop in your area, you can order online.  It is $50.00 but it is well worth it and I feel like it will last a good six months or so.

Dove Daily Moisture Conditioner

Daily Moisture Conditioner
To go along with the Dove Shampoo, I am also adding this Dove Daily Moisture Conditioner.  Again, I feel like this is another amazing drugstore brand product.  It made my hair so soft and not weighed down.  I also really love that clean Dove scent.  This was 2.99 at WalMart as well.

Dove Nourishing Oil Care Shampoo

Nourishing Oil Care Shampoo
I have tried about a million different shampoo's in my liftetime and think I have finally hit the jackpot!  I did some online research on what some good drugstore brands are and came across Dove.  I thought I'd give it a shot and to my surprise, I think it is pretty amazing!  After just one use, my hair felt silky, clean and not weighed down at all.  I get nervous with creamy formulas because in past experiences, my fine hair would be so limp.........but not this time!  I urge you to try this Dove Nourishing Oil Shampoo.  I found it at WalMart for 2.99.

Thai Deoderant Crystal

Some may think I'm crazy but I recently was told by my friend Denise (per her Oncologist) that we woman should stop using the drug-store type deoderants as they can cause cancer.  I'm not saying this is true but why not switch to something au natural if it's as easy as this little stick?!  I purchased it as Whole Foods for 7.99 and it's supposed to last a year.  I can't even tell you the savings that will be after not purchasing my "clinical" deoderant for a year!!!

I've been using this little crystal stick for a few weeks now and I have to say......I really like it!  It doesn't leave any residue on my clothes (icky yellow stains on white tanks/tees) and it has no smell.  My pits do get a tad moist at times (this is not an antipersperant) but I haven't smelled......that I know of!  Give it a try!

You can also find this on Amazon, here is a link:
